It is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath with a rooftop deck and is just two blocks off the water so the views are fantastic. I own the house and have lived there since it was fully renovated in 2012. There is a washer/dryer in the house. We have Comcast for Internet and DirecTV for TV. The bedroom you'd be in is 13 feet by 12.5 feet including the closet. The home is on the eastern edge of Fells Point, close to Canton. It is just under a mile to Johns Hopkins Hospital, a half mile from Safeway, and even closer to Patterson Park. Here's a bit about me and my roommate: We are two straight guys (27 and 26 years old). I work normal hours 45-50 hours/week at an engineering firm in Harbor East and am an avid runner. My roommate works at a gym in the afternoon and evening - about 1 PM to 10 PM. I make it out occasionally on a weeknight or two but am generally low key. On weekends, I generally go out to drink at least one night but do not like to bring the party back to our place. Sleepovers are okay as long as they're sleeping at their house more than here. Expectations for what I'm looking for in a roommate are to be respectful of noise levels, help out with keeping the common areas clean, and to be easy going! I'm looking to sign a 6-month lease and then go month to month after that as long as we're both happy. Rent is $850/month + utilities which would be split evenly and comes out to about $100/person so roughly $950 total. The room is ready for move-in now. Renter will split utilities (water, electric, gas, cable) with two other roommates.
