Apartment Rates Our rates are as follows: 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment - $675/month2 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment - $750/month These prices are with a one year lease. You can go as little as 6 months for an additional $35/month Security Deposit is same as one months rent. There are no application fees. GaragesWe currently have spacious garages with and without automatic openers. The prices are as follows: Garage: $40/monthGarage with Auto Opener: $45/month Off Site Garages: $50/month Fitness Center/Recreation Area We have a recently constructed clubhouse with a 24 hour fitness center and WiFi lounge for our residents. In addition to the recreation/fitness area you can enjoy the use of our outside recreation area which includesminiature golf, basketball, sun decks and a large pergola with chairs that overlook a beautiful fountain! WiFi There's no need to wait for the cable company to come set up your internet. The entire Thunder Ridge property is Wireless. You can sign up for a plan before you move in and we can have your login instructions ready for you! All you need is a WiFi enabled device such as a smart phone/laptop/desktop/Ipad/Ipod. We charge your account with us so no need to pay separately. Please contact the office for more details. Guest HouseIf you are ever having friends and family visit and don't want them to cramp your style we have a fully furnished Guest House. Please check with the office for pricing and availability! Furnished Apartments We currently have a select number of apartments on site that are furnished and can do a 3 month minimum lease. We take care of water, sewer, and garbage. The only other bills you are responsible for are Electric, cable/internet/satellite. Utilities(Electric) for a one bedroom averages about $50/month and $60/month for a 2 bedroom. Cable/Direct TV plans vary by choice with the provider Pet Policy Currently we allow cats for a $200 non refundable pet deposit plusan additional $25/month.
