RItchie's Oshkosh Chalets: The Baitshop House (3 bedrooms five total beds/1.5 baths and private garage entry and private laundry!) Dubbed "the bait shop house," this one we had a ton of fun with the design theme, integrating a bait shop theme with a modern edge. White leather furniture contrast a blue background with subtle touches like cattail accents that pull the theme through. This place would be an Air BNB favorite if we weren't keeping it back for our corporate housing program! Highlights include a large dining area with bench and upholstered chair seating (bench arrives after tour); large multi piece sectional couch that can be reconfigured in a ton of different ways and an electric fireplace media center in living room. Master bedroom is quite large with an outdoorsy design to the king master with walk in closet; and a bunk bed room with a campy raccoon vibe. Full bathroom upstairs and a half bath down. In progress at the time of the tour is a secondary entertainment and gathering area (as well as laundry room for our guests). Our families can spread out with a fourth flat screen TV in this space and a comfy place to hang out. Since the tour we added a large egress window and two queen sized bedroom sets, giving this unit five total beds and three large spacious bedroom areas counting the large open concept lower level as one bedroom. (One King bed, three king beds, and bunk I believe is twin over full or queen.) In addition to this unit in Oshkosh, we have seven other options ranging in one-four bedrooms in size; as well as 40 total selections to include Appleton, Green Bay and Portage.
