I am looking for someone to sublet my room in my townhouse at University Suites from May 9, 2016 to August when my lease is up. If you need to move in earlier, I will be willing to work with you. The townhouse is fully furnished and pet friendly. There is a one time Fee $250.00, and an additional $20.00 added to your rent if you chose to bring your pet. You will be living with 3 other Coastal Carolina students who are extremely nice and welcoming. (2 female, 1 male) Rent is anywhere from $570-$610. You will also have your own large bedroom with a full size bed frame, desk, drawers, large walk in closet and full bathroom. Electric, gas, water and cable are all included in rent price. Full Size Washer/Dryer in Every Suite. Furnished.
