While the immediate neighborhood isn't particularly walkable, it's easy to park your car in Over the Rhine or downtown and explore the area on foot or take the streetcar for the day. By vehicle, it's very easy to get around from here. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may result in prosecution for criminal trespass under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and amplified music is not allowed at any time without consent. Smoking and open flames are not permitted on the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and additional fees may apply for damages or excessive cleaning. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys.
