The apartment is across the street from some of Laguna's most beautiful coves...Moss and Woods. It will appeal to someone who likes an "Old Laguna", vintage feel. It's from 1939, when there was room to have plant filled grounds, and no need for upstairs or downstairs neighbors. People often say the property reminds them of Hawaii. It's a little slice of Laguna that's almost gone. Artists, musicians, food service workers....ordinary people....live here. Several have been here more than 20 years. The apartment consists of a 14 x 15 room, with a full bath and a small kitchenette with no stove off of that. It has a refrigerator, microwave oven, and 2 electric burners. For some reason the listing shows it in the canyon. It isn't. It's on Coast Highway across the street from Moss Point. The rent is $1485 and there is a $65 per person utility change for electricity, water, gas, trash. I am encouraging applications from people with adequate verifiable income, a decent credit score, and verifiable rental history. I just got notice from the tenant today, and don't yet know exactly when it will be available, or when I can show it.
