There is 1 girl in the apartment. All Utilities and Internet are included in the rent cost. The amenities include; stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, living room tv, quartz counttertops, and a large kitchen. They have a pool, gym, social, and study area in the building free to use! The social area also has a Starbucks machine! Its a 7 min drive from KSU and is on the OWL Bus Route. Its also 1-5 mins away from any food, shopping, or entertainment. It is also 10 mins away from Town Center at Cobb Mall. You need to go through a background check, possibly have a guareentor, and have them go through the background check as well.
