This sweet studio is attached to the back of darling house built in 1896 located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of downtown Loveland. The owner lives in the renovated flat in the attic, and uses the house main house as a short term rental. Tenant must agree to presence of Landlord crossing through back yard to access attic flat, as well as artist studio (garage) in backyard. Tenant agrees to share hot tub, fire pit and back yard with Landlord. Tenant agrees to be respectful of Main House Tenant when crossing through front yard and side patio to reach the private, fenced backyard space. Owner pays water, gas, electric, trash and internet. Renter responsible for keeping deck clean and tidy. Shared access (with Landlord) to backyard, hot tub, and fire pit, sole access to deck and outdoor kitchen, no access to garage. Smoking allowed outside. Pets up to 50 pounds allowed. Studio is fully furnished, with the exception of bed linens. Minimum 2 month lease agreement, after which month to month arrangement if both parties agree. Deposit equal to one month's rent required. Pet deposit of $200 is required. Pet rent of $25/pet is required. 2 pet maximum.
