    Nice lot near the end of Patton Rd. with garage/studio. Mostly level lot with partial fencing and paved driveway. Lot currently has home on it that burned in 2019. This location would be a great site to build a home, modular home, or put manufactured home. The lot currently has a well and septic system (we were told by Health Dept that septic system is permitted for no more than 4 people/2 bedroom. For a 3 bedroom home, buyer would have to get a conditional permit and write a conditional letter stating there would be no more than 4 people living there. Buyer would need to verify).
