There is a place in the basement for a washer and dryer. The lease will be for one year and will be month to month after that. The landlord reserves the right to inspect the house monthly. There is no air conditioning but window units can be used. There is parking for two vehicles. The landlord will mow the grass but the tenant must shovel the snow on the walkway to the parking area. The landlord will plow the parking area. There is a garage near the house but it is not included. The maximum occupancy is two adults and two children.
