We purchased this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath property, our second unit at Mountainside Resort, for three reasons: we love the location which is near to everything; we were captivated by the year- round spectacular views from the upper floor oversized deck; and we recognized it's tremendous earning potential as an investment property. We updated this property for maximum comfort. Most of the other units for sale in Mountainside have one window box AC unit and the primary heat source is supplied by a gas woodstove. We added a new two zone mini- split heat and air conditioning system. We also addressed some issues with our water system by adding a new hot water heater with injection pump to create more water pressure and hot water. In addition, all new windows were also added in 2022.
