Maximum occupancy is 2 persons, and 1 vehicle per adult Security deposit is 1 month rent (minimum). Deposit and first month's rent must be paid in full prior to move-in. No smoking of ANY KIND allowed (cigarettes, marijuana, etc) $29 application fee per adult required. Fee will be refunded if you are selected for tenancy. Covers background and credit check. Employment/income verification must be provided. Credit score 600+, gross income must exceed 2x rent, clean background check, no prior evictions.
