This property is being rented unfurnished, but all appliances are included (microwave, fridge, toaster, gas range/oven). A 12-month lease is preferred; however, a shorter lease length is available upon request. The owner pays for all utilities, including Google Fiber Wi-Fi. Garden space is available for use.
