The property does border the lake. The property extends to the water and the drop is steep. Steps could be installed and the possibility of a dock might exist (others are doing it). You’d have to check local rules and regulations. The new parking spot can easily handle small cars. The pics show a larger SUV. It will be tight with a 350 or extra cabin longer truck.
