This is a very cozy, fully renovated cottage in our backyard which is fully equipped with the kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, a three quarter bathroom on the main level and a large bedroom on the upper level. This unit has a private deck for you to enjoy with a beautiful view of the yard and you will have a special part of the yard to have your fire pit, also there is a gardening area specifically for the cottage. There is a covered area next to the cottage that you can use as a storage or any other purpose you might have. you will have a spot for your car on the driveway and there are always plenty of spaces for you to park your cars in front of the house. All the furniture that you see in the pictures can stay for you. Please note that pets under 25 lbs are welcome; however, we're unable to accommodate larger dogs. All utilities are included in the rent. Move-in costs: First and last month's rent $1,000 security deposit (refundable) $200 non-refundable cleaning fee $300 refundable pet deposit (if applicable)
