3 good sized bedrooms and living room...full sized kitchen and bath and a large storage room/workshop...lovely view off back porch/thru kitchen window....roof replaced this past year due to age and attic area (not storage compatible) fully insulated....gas bill is 80+- on plan...electric is upgraded to current standards (3 years ago) and same for most plumbing
