Owner is on site and takes care of up keep. There is a 140 acres of nature preserve across the road with trails (used to be part of farm). Very quiet at night and early morning. Centrally located - about 35 minutes to Portland, 25 to Augusta, 15 to Lewiston, 20 to downtown Brunswick. Some storage available in barn and there is other space for off-season clothes.
