Apartment is located direcrtly behind Morgantown Brew Pub, on the rail trail. It is a short walk to WVU campus and the downtown area. Rent is due on the first of the month and after the 5th there will be a $50 late fee. 2 parking spots and trash are included in the price of rent, all other utilites are paid by the tenant. NO PETS ALLOWED!! First months rent and a securiy deposit is due upon moving in. Renter pays for water, electric and gas - Trash and parking are included in rent. NO PETS ALLOWED.
