No broker fees or finder fees necessary if tenant locates and leases unit directly through the Landlord. Lease term is 12 months. The Landlord will pay for the tenant's water and sewer usage. The tenant will pay for their own ELECTRICITY and NATURAL GAS (for heat, cooking, and hot water). Most pets (including most dog breeds) are usually allowed at the Landlord's discretion and pending the landlord's written approval. A Security Deposit equal to one month's rent may be negotiable, but a non-negotiable LAST MONTHS RENT is due at or before the Lease Signing (unless the tenant is subsidized by the Section-8 program).
