Our beautiful home sits on 3 acres of terraced backyard, a creek, and a small pond - and it's in Asheville city limits. 5 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Arboretum, and Asheville Outlets. 10 mins to Bent Creek hikes. 15 mins to the center of downtown. We have a large wrap-around deck to enjoy the views. We offer an off street parking lot suitable for large vehicles/trailers, a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, 3 bedrooms, 2 separate living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 4 hammocks, a big screen with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and Google Home with all the music you'd like. All the amenities make our place quite unique. We have a large collection of board games, jacuzzi, ping pong, trampoline, slack line, climbing dome, long swings, soccer, and a huge sandbox for kids. We are traveling January and February, and would like to rent our home for those 2 months (instead of renting on the weekends the way we do it when we're living here). $3,300/month price includes all utilities, including heat, water, electric, and free wi-fi.
