About the Home: The home has been fully renovated on both the inside and out. On the inside, there's an open-concept floor plan for the living room, which has exposed roof rafters and two high-set ceiling fans. The kitchen has been fully remodeled, and there's plenty of counter-top space and cupboard storage. On the outside, there's a large front yard and a spacious porch. About the Park: Our park is quiet and family friendly and we have a great group of residents who call Royalton Terrace home. We allow small dogs (maximum of one per household / must be under 25lbs) and in most cases indoor-only cats. Location: We're located on a country road just under a mile from downtown South Royalton.
