The kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. There is also an easy-to-use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for tiny travelers. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV with standard cable. In the cooler months, guests can enjoy the electric fireplace. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a Roku-enabled smart TV with provided standard cable, and closet space. The bathroom offers a shower and tub combo, toilet, and vanity. The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bed and a Roku-enabled smart TV with provided standard cable. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and balcony. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use in the garage. Parking is available for up to two vehicles, one in the designated numbered parking spot in front of the building, and one in the garage. Guests can enjoy storing their beach items in the garage to keep the sandy feet to a minimum indoors. Beach towels are supplied for guest use. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You'll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna's, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away. Everything else is easily accessed by car, and it's centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island! This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the community, and towing fees apply to any violation. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not permitted. This location is not pet friendly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. A fee of $115 applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. The dining area with seating for four is a great space to work from home if needed.
