Feel at home in Dest-Zen, a townhome on Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin. This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access. This home features four private balconies, a bonus game room with ping pong and a lounge TV area, and docks to fish from right out the front door (no boat docking). The first floor includes a full-size washer and dryer, a propane grill (for outdoor use only), a cozy queen sleeper sofa, a big screen Smart TV, a ping pong table, a foosball coffee table, and beach items. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A coffee and wine bar is situated in the center of the home, complete with glasses, a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew Coffee Maker, a wine and beer cooler, and an ice maker. The living room offers plenty of natural light and includes a couch, occasional chair, poufs, and a big screen Smart TV with cable. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bag, dish and laundry detergent). Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 13. Any additional (or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot) can be parked in either spot marked "V" for visitor, but these spots are first come first serve and not guaranteed. For tiny travelers, an easy-to-use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin, within minutes of having your toes in the sand at the private gated beach access. You'll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna's, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away from the doorstep of the condo. Everything else is easily accessed by car, and we're located centrally in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. Airport distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 52 miles, Pensacola FL (PNS) - 53 miles. Check-in time is 4 pm CST and checkout time is 10 am CST. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided. Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly at this location.
