4/21/20 Update: Our home is back on the market and ready for you to move in immediately! it's been under contract for the past 90 days or so, the buyer backed out last minute after over a month of monitoring the trending direction of the Coronavirus, ultimately feeling that it might impact his job and thus his ability to pay a mortgage. That said, home has went through inspection within the last 6 weeks and is ready to speed right through to a quick close.
