Centrally located downtown in the Cannonborough neighborhood of the city, guests can walk, bike, Uber or rent a Turo to get anywhere they need on or around the peninsula. The apartment sleeps 6 adults comfortably, with additional sleeping arrangements for 8 maximum. The unit is child-friendly with booster seat, toys, step stool and kids dinnerware. For monthly rentals, we require a security deposit of $500, signed rental agreement, and mid-stay cleaning to refresh linens and clean the apartment. One (1) dog is allowed with pre-approval. Tenant must pay a $150 pet fee. Owner pays all utilities (water, electrical, gas, internet). No tours available as it is an active rental. Owner will provide a video walkthrough if requested. One month lease with option to extend up to 3 months. Owner pays all utilities (water, electric, gas, internet). No smoking allowed. Tenant must agree to and sign rental agreement.
