The apartment is in a great area of Somerville, on a very quiet street half a mile from both Porter and Davis Square. The apartment has a front and back porch as well as a private fenced in back yard. Laundry facilities are on-site. Parking is on-street with a permit ($20/year) and we have a guest pass for visitors as well as a shared driveway that has room for one car. We split internet/ cable, electricity, and gas. We're looking for a group of young professionals to the fill the apartment who are clean, respectable, and non-smoking! As long as this ad is still up, the room is still available!
