The apartment has a kitchenette that is equipped with an electric stove top, sink, small refrigerator, and storage. Microwave, coffee pot, tea pot, Brita filter & filters, toaster oven (no standard oven), dishes, cups, wine glasses and standard kitchen utensils are all provided. It has a private, peaceful vibe with lots of light and an open floor plan. Located in North Napa, walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, and hospitals. A few blocks from the Napa bike trail which takes you to downtown Yountville or downtown Napa. The best local bike shop in town located across the street where you can rent bicycles for the day or the hours. Centrally located, a few blocks from the freeway which allows easy access to all commutes in the surrounding areas. 5 minutes to Queen of the Valley Hospital, 5 minutes to Napa Kaiser, 20 minutes to St Helena Hospital, 20 minutes to Kaiser in Vallejo, 15 minutes to Sonoma, 20 minutes to Fairfield. $2,000/month rent for a one tenant. $2,250/month for two tenants. Month to month lease, short term tenants preferred, but open to longer stays for the right person. Deposit ranges from $250 to $1500 depending on your length of stay and the number of occupants. I prefer not to have pets, however I understand that people love to travel with their furry companion and may allow for the right person. An additional non-refundable deposit for pets would be applied. A home should be a safe haven and private, calm, stress-free environment and we limit visitors to strictly close friends or family. We are a drug free environment and drug use or excessive use of alcohol will not be permitted, however there is a pull-out sofa bed for guests when needed. Monthly short term rental.
