Cute little home with an eat-in kitchen in the back of the house. The living room and dining area are in the front. It's one big room that we have kind of sectioned into a living space, child play area and computer/office space. Upstairs is three beds and one full bath. There is a linen closet in the bath. Back yard is mostly concrete and asphalt and is only fenced on 3 sides, it is open to the driveway. There is a patch of dirt in the back. Our kids mostly ride their bikes and play in the playhouse. If they are playing the in grass it is usually out front. Neighborhood Description The street is mostly quite and slow and we get along great with the neighbors on both sides of the house. The school district has a FREE Pre-K program for residents. It's 1/2 day M-F, you have the option of morning or afternoon, our daughter really enjoys it and is doing very well. Kindergarten is a full day; 8:10a-2:20p. I know that most other school districts have 1/2 day kindergarten and no pre-k program. Think of the potential savings in child care costs!!!!
