A room in a Victorian house will be available as of the 31st of January. The room is fairly large, includes a queen sized bed, a desk, a futon, a set of drawers, air conditioning unit, and a closet. The room is spacious, gets great light, and can comfortably serve a couple as well as a single person. The house is nice, includes a well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, gas range, fridge, and pantry), 1.5 bath, and washer/dryer in the basement. There are three other tenants at the moment. The house is a 20-25 minute walk, 7-10 minute bike ride, and 3-5 minute drive from the Princeton train station. There is a shopping center at a similar distanceâ?¦ Rent is $550 per month plus utilities (around $30 per month) and there is an initial $660 deposit to be recouped from the person that takes over the room next. There is no contract. Rent is paid directly to the owners of the house. Owners request a minimum stay of ten months and subletting is not an option.
