The original house, C 1815, was 1 stories with a chimney at each end. There were five rooms and a back stairway to the second floor. Later a Greek revival two story section was added in front of the original house and connected by a small room. There are four rooms and an elaborate foyer with an S-shaped newel carved by Thomas Day. Two zone central air & heat. Needs very little restoration. 2 zone central air and heat and Clayton wood hot water boiler. Great starter home or investment.
