A cab service is available across the street, and the MARTA train station is 1 1/2 blocks away. If going to Atlantic Station, take MARTA to the Arts Center station for a free shuttle to Atlantic Station. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building, and no refund will be provided. Smoking or vaping inside the building will result in a $250 fine. No pets are allowed in the unit; violation will result in a $600 fine from the building. Missing the building sensor card/fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out that's not agreed upon will result in extra cleaning and inconvenience fees. This is a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum. The building controls the A/C and heating; each condo only controls the speed and force of the air. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM.
