This is a new private ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) connected to a main home in nice family-oriented neighborhood near Peter's Canyon hiking trail and Santiago Canyon College. You will have a private entry, private use of the entire studio (kitchen, living area, etc., private bath, private laundry, a storage area, and one driveway parking space designated for your car. The homeowners that live in the primary house are a husband, wife, and 3 year old. The bathroom was completely rebuilt in 2021. With this rental, there is no access to the backyard, pool, or primary house and occupants of primary will not access your private studio.
