Ok, so it was time for a little facelift. Well, you know how it goes, fix this, and then you have to fix that and so on. Of course the cosmetic issues were addressed & so to were the bones. Walls were moved, opened up & closed, the end result being a much more functional airy floor plan. New siding, windows, landscaping & a roof, really enhanced the curb appeal. Every wall, ceiling, doors & trim are brand new, even the insulation. All the floors, the kitchen & the bathroom are brand new. Smooth mocha colored maple cabinetry are certain to leave an enchanting memory. Sliding doors in the dinette/lounging area open up to new pulpit porch that overlooks the backyard & the spacious 2.5 car garage. Yes, the basement didn't escape the total transformation. Dingy looking walls & other details were removed & a fresh coat of paint has given the space a light & bright feel. The furnace is only a couple years old & the water heater is new.
