Hello, i have just finished a successful tenancy and now have a vacancy. The property is a stand alone cottage, (non attached) that is behind my primary home that i occupy. Also known as a back house or mother in law quarters. The home is a nice older home in the beginning of the La Cresta neighborhood in the north east part of town. It is a half a block down from Garces high school and OLPH church. It has kitchen, furnished with a microwave, small fridge, and a newer gas range. A bathroom, a large closet room, and a central living room/bedroom. A gas heater, and Large window AC unit. And currently i have a nice black leather manhattan style sofa in the main room. And a small amount of appliances can stay or go depending on if you need them or not. It's a perfect and quaint living space. Attached to it is a garage with on site laundry. Just to recap this is what it includes in the price. * Utilities included (provided that they are used within reason and not abused) * Cable Tv * Driveway parking * Laundry (washer and dryer) * Partially furnished kitchen * High speed internet (wi-fi) * Security system on the main property The home will be ready to move into soon. I will have some more recent pictures up as well soon. Also note i am very interested in upgrading the floors to hardwood. This is an ideal rental with common sense requirements. I am seeking a tenant that is fiscally responsible with the capacity to pay. And also a drama free tenant as i myself am drama free. This means no fights, no drugs or heavy partying, no rudeness or anything of the like. I am very easy going and respectful myself.
