We don't have central air, which is why the price is so low, but we include a portable A/C upstairs in the master bedroom, and it's amazingly cold. The unit tends to stay cool on its own, since it's a townhouse -- not a huge amount of windows to let the sun in. Full virtual walkthrough: The downstairs has a half-bath right by the front door, a living/dining area, a coat closet, and a kitchen with a good-sized pantry, as well as a laundry/storage room on the gated back patio. The kitchen is all electric and has a newer Bosch stainless dishwasher, a newer nice JennAir ceramic glass cooktop/oven, and a microwave mounted above the range. A large refrigerator with pull-out bottom freezer also is included. The three bedrooms are all upstairs, along with a full bathroom (shower/tub combination). There is a big linen closet in the hallway. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet (see picture) and its own big extra sink/vanity near the bathroom entry. It also includes a huge, ceiling-height open wardrobe, so guys can use it while ladies can take the whole walk-in closet, if desired. :) There are two other bedrooms, one of which has a closet; the other comes with an Expedit shelving unit that's perfect for bins to use as a kid's dresser/toy storage or for a home office. We have two side-by-side assigned, covered carports close by, and there are no parking stickers, guest policies, etc. -- visitors or extra cars can use any of the uncovered spaces (there are plenty) or park on the street, which is just across a shared grassy area. We have replaced all of the sinks/vanities, and gutted and remodeled the kitchen from scratch with granite countertops and new cabinets. The neighborhood is great; lots of mature trees and nature, amazing schools, etc. The views from all the rooms are of mature trees and you get amazing sunset views on the patio. You can see a bit of the lake from the patio between the trees, too. The Serrano Creek trail also is right next to our street; it's a beautiful walking/biking trail with a horse stable down the way. We're just down the street from a Ralphs, CVS, etc. No smoking is allowed in the house, but you are welcome to use the back patio. Pets are negotiable; please let us know your situation. One-year lease; other lease lengths negotiable. We pay HOA but you're responsible for utilities.
