I have 2 bedrooms available for rent. 650.00 each room. One room has back entrance and full bathroom in it. Room has wood floors and is Downstairs. High ceilings. Fire place but not in use. The other room is upstairs with carpet and closet. Shared bathroom. Has lots of windows. Has extra ac window unit if you like it cold you can use it or take it out if not. I do have central air and heat. Big drive way to park. Big yard for kids to play. On over an acre of land. I do have 2 kids. One is 5 and the other is 22. I do have a little yorkie dog. Loves kids and people in general. I would prefer to rent to single mom. My house is kid friendly. As I'm a single mom. I do have video survaillance here. Big deck wraps around the house and side open deck too.....Great for cooking out.
