Just seeing if there is any real interest in this house. Honestly would like to find an investor/ flipper with a quick cash offer so we can get a place with a downstairs master suite. It's an old farm house with lots of woodwork, hardwood floors and 9ft ceiling. The rooms are good sized and the layout is pretty nice. Our plan was to turn it into a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Health issues put a temporary stop to clean up and remodeling, but we have recently restarted them.
