Fully furnished beautiful country home that sits at the very front of the farm, surrounded by an orchard on one side and a tree nursery, Goshen Gardens, on the other; while overlooking a big pond from the front porch. Brand new: flooring, refrigerator (big beer fridge in garage also), large flat screen TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Ghost Bed Air Mattresses, one car garage, big driveway, storage shed, cellar, burn pit, 1 acre yard, access to the farm for fishing/hiking, pots, pans, plates, etc. and much more! The farm sits 30 minutes NE of Louisville and is about 7-10 minutes away from Prospect, where there is a Kroger and plenty of shopping centers. Bullys BBQ and Todd Martin Mechanics, a great place to get your car asked on, are 7-10 minutes in the opposite direction towards Skylight. I do not live on site, and live in another house further back on the farm. The farm house also has a Ring Camera Security System which the renter will of course have access to. Four cameras (that also have speakers to interact with) stand guard over all of the entrances and exits to the house. We live in a very safe part of town but it helps with tracking deliveries and so forth. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a den, a sun room (where the washer dryer are located), an attached garage, and one full bathroom. One bedroom had a queen sized mattress and the other two bed rooms have a twin bed in each room. The mattresses are ghost beds and very comfortable to sleep on. NO PETS ALLOWED. That is a must with all of the nice furniture we bought and put in the house. Smoking is permitted outside, but not in the house. Renter is responsible for the electric and gas bill, water and garbage is free. The gas tank generally needs to be filled once every 1-1.5 years with a full time renter living there. It is sitting at 35% at the moment. The house comes with free ground care, I mow the whole farm every 2 weeks. The lease is a standard 12 month lease and the damage deposit and first month's rent is due upon signing the lease. Renter will need to verify income with a payroll stub before signing lease also.
