    Second floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom available at The Enclave Condominiums which is conveniently located to campus and downtown and on the bus line- The Enclave is 3 miles from 315 on Bethel Rd. 2176 E is a second floor condominium in the front of the building. It has been freshly painted, the carpeting cleaned and the unit cleaned. The kitchen has black stove, black refrigerator, and black dishwasher. The laundry area off the kitchen has will fit a full size washer & dryer (water is included in the rent) and there is a coin operated washer/dryer in every building. There are two generous bedrooms, both have walk in closets. One has sliding glass doors to the patio, the other one has a bathroom in it. There is a hallway bath right outside of the bedroom with the sliding glass doors. The balcony faces the parking area and has a 3x7 storage closet. Living room has sliding glass doors to the balcony as well and even has a wood burning fireplace! Rent includes water, trash and sewer - the resident pays for gas, electric and cable. COLUMBUS schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor. All buildings have a locked entry door- all residents have a key to their building door. Visitors may use the intercom system to be allowed access inside the building from the resident. One designated parking space per unit- plenty of additional non-marked parking on the property. 2176 E is vacant and ready to rent. We do require the new resident to see it prior to submitting an application. We can hold it up to three weeks from time of application with a signed lease agreement- you would have to take possession on or before 21 days from the time of the application. You are welcome to see it during office hours of Monday 9:30-5, Friday from 9:30-5 and Wednesdays from 9:30-12. Christine works in the office and will give you keys for you to view it during office hours. If you need a different day or time than office hours please email King Property Management and we will make arrangements to show it to you. Please EMAIL KPM with any questions- we are happy to help. This does allow cats and ANY service animal/emotional support animal with proper paperwork provided to the owner and condominium management company. The owner requires the resident to carry renters insurance. This is a non smoking unit. You MUST qualify for all of our units- good rental history, good credit and your income needs to be 3-4x the monthly rent (gross). Owner pays water, trash and sewer. Resident pays gas, electric and cable. Renters Insurance required. No smoking in unit. ALL service animals or emotional support animals are welcome with proper paperwork. All prospective residents must qualify with good rental history, good credit and income between 4-5X the monthly rent (gross)
