I just bought my own house, but I am sad to be leaving this home after having a great three years with my roommates, 26 male, 27 female, 29 female.The price is for an unfurnished single room and private bathroom with a garage parking space (attached garage). Utility is not included. About a 15 minute drive from UCI, although all of my roommates have graduated. Safe and quiet community located in between the Tustin Marketplace and the District. There is a wide col-de-sac with plenty of parking.Looking for a clean and respectful roommate for one-year (or more) lease.
