Being a contractor this is the 3rd house I built for our family we were going to sell it after a couple of years like we did the other two but, we ended up liking the school district and the kids enjoyed the area so we stayed awhile longer. 18 years! This house was built with 2x6 walls back when everybody was doing 2x4 walls. The Andersen perma clad windows have held up extremely well, they are in great shape as is the colorloc siding and aluminum soffit. The house is set back on the lot to provide room for a round driveway in front of the house and has a side load 3 stall extra deep garage with the drive curving back to this garage and then extending to to 32x52 out building/shop. The house has the kitchen in the front of the house so when at the sink you can see who is coming up the drive, the kitchen, dining room, nook and living room are all in the same open area. The living room is sunken and has a 22 ft high vaulted ceiling with a full brick fireplace and sliding door going out to the patio where we grill. The master suite is off the back of the house with a slider french door going out to the deck by the hot tub and to the pool. The hot tub is a 6 person and the pool is 33 ft across round and a little over 4ft deep. The rest of the main floor consists of 2 other bedrooms and a main bath. Coming in off of the finished garage there you will find the laundry room that has the washer and dryer with plenty of cabinets and a wash sink and toilet.
