**This is for a single room, not the entire house. Applicants will be verified through TransUnion's SmartMove screening tool. Do not visit the property without reaching out first. The cost is $40. This is non-refundable and required to acquire the room for rent. Renter's insurance is required as well. This home is also equipped with smart locks on all exterior doors so, at the touch of a button, you can have peace of mind ensuring the home is secured and the contents are protected. All landscaping and exterior maintenance is taken care of by the primary tenant. This is for one room is located on the front of the house with a large window creating plenty of natural light. Parking is available on the driveway. It is not furnished, but there is room for a queen bed, a dresser, and a couple of other smaller pieces of furniture. The rest of the home is furnished with the basics and the kitchen has most cooking utensils needed. All utilities are included with rent and the house is cleaned monthly by certified professionals. There will be another room for rent after this is filled, though until then the bathroom will be private just for you in the meantime. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited. There is one small dog already on the property, no additional pets/animals will be allowed. All utilities and internet are included with rent. Parking can either be in the driveway or on the street. The lease is month to month.
