Since there are tenants below you, you may be able to hear them from below and sometimes clearly. The town home is privately located in the highly desirable Oakmont loop area. This property sits inside a resort community but does not have access to resort amenities. The onsite golf course is open to the public and offers advanced tee times. Other amenities include tennis courts and a children's playground. **Pool is only open in the summer from approximately Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.** This residence is the upper level of an up and down town home that was split into two units. Meadow Lake golf/winter resort is located in beautiful Columbia Falls and is centrally located. 15 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, 30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort and of course 10 minutes downtown Columbia Falls. Utilities are $150/month and are all inclusive. Small dogs may be considered. No smoking inside.
