Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store. The space The Studio is fully private, fully furnished, and well appointed, with everything you need to be comfortable. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to be self sufficient. We're also near some good spots to eat should you want a break from cooking. Resident Access The Studio is fully self-contained with it's own entrance: no access to our home is necessary. Residents are welcome to access the backyard and trail to the Blue Ridge Parkway from the side door in the Studio. Three -six month lease, with possibility of longer. Available January 2, 2026. Fully furnished. No smoking. No pets. Lots of off street parking. Rent includes all utilites: WiFi, water, electricity, radiant floor heat, a/c during summer months, trash pick up. Maintenance and repairs are land lord responsibility. Tenant is responsible for any damages. Tenant must leave-it-as-you-found-it or there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee.
