Roof: Age Unknown, Repairs done due to minor leak in Master Bedroom. Have had many heavy rains and no issues whatsoever. Also removed chimney in MB in 2012. Inspected for termites by W.E. Black in 2012: Solid, no termites or indication of any type of infestation. Installed shed in 2012; shingles replaced in 2020. New flooring in 2012, Repainted in 2012 and some areas repainted in 2020. New garbage disposal in 2014 New kitchen sink faucet in 2019 Refrigerator and Stove, and Shed remain with purchase. As you can see in the photos, the glass in oven has a crack, but it was used for 8 years with the crack and the tenants did not experience any problems.
