Guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath & beautifully decorated in Alaskan Style, this BnB is nestled in the pines on a 5-acre lot shared with the main house, giving you a feeling of serenity while only being 2 miles from the North pole and 20 minutes from downtown Fairbanks. Upon returning home from your Alaskan adventures, you can sit back and relax in the cozy living room, make a family dinner in the full kitchen, or sit on the back porch and enjoy the views of the northern lights! This cottage is down a 260 foot drive way and tucked within the pines on a 5-acre lot that is shared with the properties main house. It is completely surrounded by tall spruce pines, giving you privacy from the main house and from the surrounding neighborhood. It is a single story house with a few steps to walk up to access the front door. Upon entering the house there is a small vestibule that opens up to the main hall way. On the left is the master bedroom and bathroom with stacked washer and dryer, to your front is the second bedroom, and to the right is the second bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen has cooking basics, a coffee station, fridge, microwave, oven, and dish washer. The living room has a smart tv, sofa, and a sitting area in front of an electric fireplace. At the back of the living room is a door that leads you to the back porch. The property is heated by fuel which keeps it nice and warm in the winter months. There is a hot tub on the property that is available during the summer months, however, we do close it down for the winter.
