The property is located on an ATV authorized rd so no need to trailer to ride while at the property. You have direct trail access to trail numbers 2 and 103(they are located ON property!) The cabins were built 2009/10, the mobile was in 2014. There is plenty of room to add more rental as well as a great spot on the top of the acreage for am ''Owners'' residence to be built. The cabis are 1 level with finished basements. They are set up with multiple beds and will come furnished (minus some sentimental and personal belongings). Utitlies are underground, cabins are fueled by gas and have window ac units, mobile home is 100% electric. The cabins were pressure washed, stained, and any misc maintenance jobs done June 2021.
