It is perfectly located close between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach. You can reach Savannah downtown in 7 minutes, and Tybee Island in 15 minutes. The 3B1B home is newly renovated with new furniture and new appliances (TV, stove, washer, dryer, AC, water heater, and new furniture (everything you see in the photos). You can pack light and move in with your luggage :) - Three rooms and one newly renovated bathroom. - Each room has its own working desk, chairs, and desk lights. It's best if you are working or studying here. - Full kitchen (all new appliances), dining room, living room - The laundry room is sharing with the back house. There is a back house detached from the main house. It faces another street and has its own entrance.
