There is a hallway bath right outside of the bedroom with sliding glass doors. The balcony faces the parking area and has a 3x7 storage closet. The living room also has sliding glass doors to the patio. Rent includes water, trash, and sewer - the resident pays for gas, electricity, and cable. COLUMBUS schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway: 4 units on the top floor and 4 on the bottom floor. All buildings have a locked entry door- all residents have a key to their building door. Visitors may use the intercom system to be allowed access inside the building by the resident.
