In order to qualify, applicant must have all of the following: 1. All applicants MUST be 18 years of age or older. 2. 6 months income verification (must be 2 times the rent amount.) Acceptable forms of verification are: Computer generated check stubs, bank statements, fax from employer, and verbal verification from payroll department. No other forms of verification will be accepted. 3. Good rental history from previous landlord. 4. Good credit report. Any unpaid collections may result in decline. UTILITY AND YARD MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES 1. All utilities except WATER, SEWER, and GARBAGE are the responsibility of the tenant. 2. Yard Maintenance is taken care of by the CRC Ventures, LLC. The tenant is responsible for keeping the area around their unit free of debris and garbage and also picking up dog poop or other garbage left by the tenant or the tenant?s guests in the common areas. PET POLICY GUIDELINES 1. There is a $150.00 NON-REFUNABLE pet fee and $150.00 fee for each additional pet. This fee must be paid in addition to the security deposit. 2. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers and any mix of these breeds are not allowed. 3. A weight restriction may apply depending on the location of the rental. 4. The number of pets allowed at this location is two.
